Sunil K. Dalal is a second generation entrepreneur who has built several high quality businesses. After completing a degree in Engineering and Management of Technology from Vanderbilt University USA, Sunil headed back to India to be a part of his family industrial instruments business. Sunil successfully transformed the domestic manufacturing company into an international engineering and technology group. The UniDEL Group (www.unidel-group.com) emerged as a market leader in several niche segments with a marquee customer base.

In early 2007, Sunil exited three UniDEL ventures and is currently focused on growing SoftDEL Systems (www.softdel.com), a company he founded in 2000.

Sunil is a high energy individual with a difference; he combines leadership and professional management skills with his inborn entrepreneurial instincts. Over the years, Sunil has successfully handled several leadership, management and corporate functions with hands-on experience in managing the growth and operational challenges associated with early stage companies.

Sunil is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (Bombay Chapter) and the Mumbai Angels Network and is very keen on nurturing entrepreneurial talent.
