Mr. Eiji Ushio, CEO of Ox-Solutions brings strong insight and experience in growing international business with Japan. Mr. Ushio had a very successful 30+ year association with Kintetsu World Express, a JPY 300 Billion enterprise. Prior to becoming Chairman of a Kintetsu group company, he was Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Kintetsu Worldwide for 11 years, where he led the successful overhaul of the company's information technology platform through large outsourced projects working closely with leading IT providers from India. Eiji Ushio was also instrumental in establishing Kintetsu's global business by leading its operations from the US and Germany for over 17 years.

Eiji Ushio is the Representative Director for SoftDEL's Japan operations and is responsible for growth in the Japanese market.
