Anil is an engineering graduate and started his career with UniDEL Group company, Digital Electronics Ltd in 1978. Anil has over 30 years of experience in sales, product design, production engineering and manufacturing within UniDEL's industrial electronics ventures.

Anil has been associated with grounds up R&D, manufacturing and sales of several generations of products including laboratory instruments, process automation solutions, special purpose instruments, electronic production systems, time attendance systems and CAD peripherals. Anil is exposed to products and solutions comprising electro-mechanical, electrical, electronics, embedded systems and software technologies.

At SoftDEL, Anil spearheads operations management, HR, Finance and Japan / India sales.
