Prodigy - Process Flow

A process driven approach to help traditional industrial automation product vendors to wireless enable existing product lines.

Certification and interoperability testing are key to the success of any industry standard communication protocol. SoftDEL has developed a robust but flexible process (Assert) to implement and execute the certification process for industry standards.

SoftDEL has setup the BACnet Testing Laboratories (BTL) for BACnet International USA based on its Assert process. The lab is also ISO17025 accredited.

To implement Prodigy and CMMI throughout the services delivery process, SoftDEL uses Navigator, a project, process and quality management toolset. Navigator helps effectively plan, track and deliver both large and small projects to its global customers. This tool offers smart insight into a projects progress at any time and allows us to adhere to CMMI level procedures.
