As CEO and Managing Director of Softdel, a UNIDEL company, Sachin drives the organization’s mission to create intelligent, connected, and sustainable environments powered by data and AI. Since joining in 2021, he has led the company through a phase of transformative growth—expanding its global footprint, strengthening customer partnerships, and launching next-generation platforms that deliver measurable impact across industries.

With over two decades of leadership experience, Sachin brings a unique blend of strategic vision and operational excellence. Prior to Softdel, Sachin held leadership roles at Cybage Software and Zensar Technologies, where he built high-performing teams and expanded business across the USA, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

 

An Electronics Engineering graduate from V.J.T.I., Mumbai, and an MBA from S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Sachin is deeply committed to advancing the tech ecosystem. As a member of the NASSCOM Regional Council and ER&D Chapter, he actively contributes to shaping the future of India’s technology and innovation landscape.

 

Known for his empowering leadership style, Sachin fosters a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous innovation—building high-performance teams that deliver lasting value for customers.

Sunil is an active investor through his Single Family Office, RM Capital. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and is keen on nurturing entrepreneurial talent. Sunil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering & Management of Technology from Vanderbilt University, USA.

Mahesh Asrani

In over thirty-five years of his career, Mahesh Asrani has led the finance function in large global businesses in various capacities, including as Chief Finance Officer of COFCO International Limited.

He is an experienced business manager with a strong finance background and expertise in managing the challenges of growing business in a global environment and steering business reorganizations. As a member of the top management team, he has been driving strategy, managing finance, and other functions in multiple countries and diverse cultures.

 

Mahesh is a Singaporean and has served on the Committees of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce. At present, he is a member of the Audit Committees of SINDA, Singapore, and Beyond Social Service, Singapore.

 

Mahesh is a Chartered Accountant and a Law graduate. He also holds the Financial Times (FT) Non-Executive Director Diploma.

Dr. Juzar Motiwalla

Dr. Juzar Motiwalla is a resident of Singapore and Board Member/Advisor to several companies in the technology space that have a global footprint.

He was the Partner of Investments at Green Dot Capital where he was responsible for global investments. Prior to joining Green Dot Capital, he was Chief Executive Officer of Kent Ridge Digital Labs (KRDL), a 300 men high-tech laboratory that incubated 15 start-up companies in Asia and Silicon Valley. KRDL’s success in bridging competitive world-class technologies with high-growth markets has received international coverage including feature articles in Red Herring, Asian Wall Street Journal, and Time. He also spearheaded the development of several multi-year international R&D partnerships with Apple, HP, IBM, Ericsson, and others.

 

Juzar serves on the Board of UNIDEL’s investee company in the venture space. Juzar has been on International Executive Councils of several professional associations, and for eight years, was a Board Member of Singapore’s National Computer Board.

 

Juzar has an MSc and a PhD in Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, USA.

Dr. Vinay Chowdhry

Dr. Vinay Chowdhry has been a successful innovator and entrepreneur in the life science industry for over 25 years.

He founded biotechnology company QualiconTM, a subsidiary of DuPont that invented and markets DNA-based automated microbial analysis systems for the global food industry, serving as its CEO until his retirement. The company’s innovative products provide highly accurate microbial analyses of food and other products susceptible to microbial contamination, resulting in greater safety and quality. Previously, Vinay served in roles of increasing responsibility at DuPont, including General Manager at DuPont FQMS Venture and as a Research Supervisor at DuPont Central Research & Development. He currently serves as an advisor to early-stage entrepreneurial companies.

 

Vinay received PhD and AM degrees from Harvard University, an MSc from the Indian Institute of Technology, and a BSc from Bombay University.

Anil is responsible for operations and enabling functions across all UNIDEL businesses. He started his career with a UNIDEL company, Digital Electronics Ltd, in 1975. Throughout his journey , Anil has led multiple functions including R&D, manufacturing, and sales operations for several generations of products.

 

Anil’s technical experience spans electro-mechanical, electrical, electronics, embedded systems, and software technologies. Passionate about building and nurturing high-performance teams across business functions, Anil has consistently delivered predictable performance through the adoption of UNIDEL’s unique business management systems.

 

Anil is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Pune University.

Cheng Tsui Yuen, known professionally as Patricia Cheng, is the Director of UNIDEL, a family of pioneering technology companies that enable informed decision making by unlocking and transforming trapped data across industries.

Patricia oversees UNIDEL’s Singapore companies from a governance, investor relations, and overall financial health standpoint, while also ensuring operational efficiency and robust reporting across the group.

 

With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance across local enterprises and multinational corporations, Patricia has expertise in accounting, reporting, banking management. Her career spans diverse industries including technology, manufacturing, construction machinery, and commodities trading, where she has successfully led teams in delivering precise and timely outcomes.

 

Patricia has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, majoring in Accountancy & Economics from Monash University, Australia.
