Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Advocate and promote a culture of quality within the organization.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.
  • Conduct training sessions on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent application of quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of quality initiatives to senior management.
  • Engage in problem-solving and root cause analysis to address quality issues.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in quality assurance and control activities.
  • Ensuring robust information security practices across the projects and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Essential Skills:

  • B.E. / B.Tech.,
  • Advanced training/certifications in Quality Management standards such as ISO9001, ISO27001, SOC preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and change management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with quality management software and tools.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
