Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Generate top-of-the-funnel leads and set up appointments with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders for the sales team.
  • Prospect Qualification: Email prospects to qualify leads and identify decision-makers to initiate the sales process. Engage in business requirement discussions with clients to identify how Softdel’s services can help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Independently own and drive individual marketing campaigns to fulfill lead generation goals.
  • Product Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of Softdel’s offerings and use this knowledge to craft core product narratives, including messaging, value propositions, user benefits, and other assets to support marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Database and CRM Management: Create and maintain databases and manage the CRM system.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with stakeholders to stay updated on industry trends and plan the direction of lead generation initiatives.
  • Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity.

Essential Skills:

  • Qualification: B.E/B.Tech Computer Engg. Or equivalent, MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in lead generation and appointment setting for sales teams.
  • Cold Calling Skills: Strong phone presence with proven experience in generating leads through various channels, including calling.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to use data for informed decision-making.
  • Target-Oriented: Highly motivated to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead targets.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools (such as Pardot, Apollo, and HubSpot) is a plus. Capable of converting website visitors into leads and nurturing them into qualified prospects.
  • Attitude: Positive attitude and a team player with a go-getter attitude.
